| Hallo Klaus, Nice story about Tangkoko. We plan to go there next december, if possible. Please tell me why you first went from manado to Bitung, to get into the park from there. I found some other story which says it is possible to go from manado via Airmadidi to Girian,and fromthere to Batu Putih. Or is this too far/too complicated/too bad road? Comment: | |

| Our family stayed during January 09 at the "superior" resort with Raf & Reiko, which you described quite well. We were two adults, both fit, our adventurous sons, ages 10 & 8, and my 80 year old mother. We all either snorkled or dove each day. Everyone had a wonderful time! Our fellow-guests were very friendly, the staff was great and of course, Raf & Reiko are super hosts. Our older son had an introductory dive experience with Raf, in one of the best diving spots on the planet - he's not going to like getting back into our cool California water next summer!
